See the before photo at the bottom. This kitchen underwent a huge transformation. From "builder grade"
to "tailor made." This condo owner went with a custom gray paint, instead of white, in order to reduce glare. So you see, we know about such details.

The countertop is actually granite instead of quartz. The owner loved the rosy hues in it and they saved money in this case. 

The floor is a "look like" slate porcelain tile with gray grout. Not cheaper than slate but needing less maintenance and no worries about chipping and cracking. 

The backsplash tile is a subtle gray staggered glass mosaic. Timeless.
